Intelligent Object Connector for Compass

Data from Compass can be loaded into Nitro using an Intelligent Object Connector, which is a type of Industry Data Connector, and predefined allowlists, which replace table definition files. The following allowlists are provided for Compass for use with the Intelligent Object connector:

  • Compass prescriber longitudinal data
  • vdc_longitudinal_prescriber
  • vdc_rcrd_cnts_pr__v
  • Compass patient longitudinal data
  • vdc_patient_longitudinal__v
  • vdc_rcrd_cnts__v

When a query is run, the tables are created in Nitro. The Query Name is appended to the table names. Only one set of allowlists is needed for multiple Compass queries. For example, a query named “Bacterial Conjunctivitis” results in the following tables:

  • vdc_bacterial_conjunctivitis_patient_longitudinal__v
  • vdc_bacterial_conjunctivitis_rcrd_cnts__v
