What's New in 21R2.4
The Nitro 21R2.4 release includes several new features.
Our release notes offer brief, high-level descriptions of enhancements and new features. Configuration is available by selecting the feature name.
The Symphony Claims PTD industry connector now includes new payment subtype tables and claims data types. This ensures users can continue to upload new data into Nitro.
The Veeva Data Cloud industry connector now supports the updated data model in the Veeva Data Cloud 21R2.5 release. This ensures users can continue to upload new data into Nitro.
Users can now create a new type of inbound connector for Veeva Data Cloud and load it with data from the Veeva Data Cloud Landing Zone. Users do not need to create multiple .yaml files, which saves them time and effort. Metadata for shape-shifting loads is now generated dynamically when a job is run. The data structure is automatically detected and adjusted accordingly when the underlying structure of the data changes, for example when columns are added or removed.
Admins can now upload and manage data easily in Nitro’s data lake using Intelligent Objects. Intelligent Objects are a type of inbound connector for file-based data. Intelligent Object connectors have three core components:
- Advanced data lake connectivity to get the data onto the platform efficiently and securely
- Automatic metadata detection and analysis that interrogates the data model and syncs it to Nitro’s core data model
- Direct querying of the data enabling exploration of the file-based data immediately alongside the rest of data on the platform
Veeva Data Cloud is the first data source supported with Intelligent Objects.
