Master Cross Reference
Conformed cross reference table that is sourced from network and CRM connectors. This table is intended to be used as the cross reference table supporting various industry primary keys for HCPs, HCOs and any other data mastered in network. The full list of supported fields are listed below, but pull identifying fields from HCP, HCO, license and custom key tables.
