Certifying Charts and Dashboards

To allow users to determine if a chart or dashboard is accurate and up-to-date, chart and dashboard creators can add their name certifying the information. Users can also filter lists to display only certified charts and dashboards.

To certify a chart:

1. Open the chart you want to certify.
2. Select Edit Properties from the More Actions menu.



3. Enter the person or group that certifies the chart in the Certified By field in the Certification section.
4. Select Save.

The certified chart is indicated by a checkmark in the list of available charts.

To certify a dashboard:

1. Open the dashboard you want to certify.
2. Select the Edit button.
3. Select the More Actions button.
4. Select Edit dashboard properties.
5. Enter the person or group certifying the chart in the Certified By field in the Certification section.



6. Select Save.

The certified dashboard is indicated by a checkmark in the list of available dashboards.
