Data Quality Rules Catalog

The Rules Catalog tab lists all created and saved rules and groups. Admins can create new rules or select one or many existing rules, and assign them to a new or existing group.

The Rule Group object allows users to tie rules addressing a single load together so they can be evaluated as a single unit.

Rule and Group Email Alerts

Customers can receive email alerts for Data Quality Rule and Group jobs that either failed to run, or ran successfully but resulted in violations. Two email templates are used to send information to users, depending on the type of alert requested:

• Rule Group - Provides information on the rules applied to the job
• Rule Job - Provides results from the executed rule
